My Favorite Day

As a personal trainer in Phoenix I love chest/shoulder days.  In a town that promote less cloths it's important to look and feel your best. Here in Phoenix we wear tight cloths, that is of course if you can.  And if you can why not show it off and there's not much better that a great looking upper body.

Those of you in a program know what I'm talking about, those of you that are slacking right now just may need this reminder.  And for those of you that are not in a program then I want to encourage you to find one before it's too late.  All old people comment that they wished they had taken better care of themselves.  Don't be one of the regretful.

Join a program today or come down to PBS and we will set you up.  And today would be a great day to start as I'm a little bias as it's my favorite day!

Mid-Summer

It's hard to believe it's already Mid-July.  Wow where has this year gone?  Anyway in a few months most of you can hide your bodies behind more cloths but for now it's shorts and tanks.  So, are you going to let another summer pass you by?

As I mentioned on FB I have put a push to make July a get fit month, now weather you join me or not, I'm gonna rock this month.  I started a stricter diet plan and I boosted up my workout routine..  Here is your challenge....take today and start!   If you are already joining me then  great...encourage someone else to start. 

It disturbs me how there are gyms and programs abound and yet Phoenix is getting fatter.   This should not happen in a warm outside type of state.  I picture this in the east coast or mid-west but not in Phoenix, Arizona. 

So, get off your lazy butts and start being responsible to your body, to your significate others, your kids, your employer, and most importantly ......YOU!!!
